Summer Camps and Leagues
SFYB does not host its own summer camp or leagues, but the SFYB Board would like to provide information about summer basketball opportunities in our local area. Blue hyperlinks, registration, and contact info is listed below in the CAMP SUMMARY and SUMMER LEAGUES.
Hopefully your child can take advantage of these opportunities or just continue to play the game of basketball to improve as players and more importantly, enjoy playing the game.
CAMP SUMMARY - SUMMER 2025
CAMPS/CLINICS/LESSONS:
- Spring-Ford Basketball Camp (3rd-9th grade) -
The camps are organized by Spring-Ford High School basketball coaches, Mickey McDaniel and Joe Dempsey, along with the SFHS basketball players. Kids entering grades 3 through 9 will have the chance to learn basketball skills and build lasting connections with players from the high school teams. They’ve planned an exciting week for the kids in our community, so if you can make it, encourage your child to join their friends this summer for some additional basketball fun to build upon the skills they learned during the season! Spring-Ford Boys Basketball Camp Registration -
June 9-12th, 2025 - 9am-2pm @ SF High School (10th-12th Grade Center)
Spring-Ford Girls Basketball Camp Registration -
June 9-12th, 2025 - 8:30am-3:30pm @ SF 7th Grade Center
- Every Level Basketball - Dennis Stanton (ages 7-16) -
$10 discount for every registration for SFYB members
Dennis Stanton, high school, college and professional player & local coach, conducts individual, group, & team workouts throughout the course of the year. He also runs several camps during the summer time for kids of all ages and skill levels. The kids really enjoy his programs.
Every Level Basketball Online Registration with Venmo
Coach Koch, long time High School Coach, provides group lessons and instructional clinics at his facility in Sanatoga, PA. Coach Koch has assisted SFYB for many years by giving instruction to both coaches and players through clinics sponsored by SFYB.
- Limerick Township Basketball Camps (ages 6-13) -
Limerick Township is offering half-day camps at Limerick Community Park (Manderach) for ages 6-13 years of age. There are 2 sessions: June 30th - July 3rd and August 11-15th, 2025 (9:00-1:00PM). Scroll down and click Specialty Camps.
- The Hill School (1st-9th Grade) -
The Hill School is offering a camp June 23rd-26th for boys and girls entering 1st-9th grades from 9am-3pm.
- Ursinus College Summer Camps (ages 7-14 CO-ED) -
Ursinus College is offering summer basketball camps for boys, 7-14 yrs old. Session I - June 16th-19th, 9-3pm; Session II - July 23rd-26th.

- 422 Sportsplex Clinics (ages 4-13) -
422 Sportsplex offers development programs for boys and girls ages 4-14 yrs old throughout the year.
- 422 Sportsplex Camps (ages 8-14) -
422 Sportsplex also offers summer camps for boys and girls 8-14 yrs old.
- Shoot Hoops (ages 8-14) -
Shoot Hoops is a new non-profit organization offering camps/clinics and leagues at the old Competitive Edge location in King of Prussia.
SUMMER LEAGUES - SUMMER 2025
SFBB (Manderach) Outdoor Summer League -
Dan Miscavage, the Athletic Director at Spring-Ford, is in charge of a fun outdoor summer league held at Limerick Community Park (Manderach Park) for participants aged 8 to 17. The registration form is provided below.
TriCounty Summer League -
Team and individual registration is now open for the Tri-County Summer Basketball League. The League is for boys and girls - 3rd-12th grades.
Shoot Hoops -
Shoot Hoops offers basketball programs and clinics throughout the year for boys and girls in 2nd-9th grade, as well as summer leagues, camps and clinics.
Note: all of these leagues/camps are independent of Spring-Ford Youth Basketball. All questions regarding these camps should be directed to the contact information on their website or in the camp brochures.
